Mark and Carrie Schnepf have turned their original farmhouse into a unique setting for weddings & events. It's a one-of-a-kind beautiful country home in the middle of a 300 acre farm. Here you will find experiences you will not find anywhere else; outdoor weddings & receptions, a beautiful Bridal Suite, bridemaids dressing room, A groomsman private room, beautiful locations for photographs, unique locations for rehearsal dinners (in the middle of a peach orchard, in the gardens) lush country landscaping, brick walkways, large area for tent location, dancing, indoor reception with fireplace in case of weather. The Farmhouse at Schnepf Farms offers a quaint, serene, charming country atmosphere perfect for your wedding, reception, corporate event group meeting, luncheons, bridal showers and more. Rental Rate
The Farmhouse will provide:
- · Farmhouse facility for your event
- o Ceremony lawn with Gazebo
- o Bride’s dressing room in the Wedding Night Suite
- o Bridesmaids’ dressing room
- o Groom/Groomsmen waiting room – please advise
- · Available times: 10-4pm or 5-11pm
- o This time includes your pre-dressing time, ceremony, reception
- · White wooden chairs for ceremony
- · 10% charge of gross for on-site Schnepf Farms host
- · Cake table
- · gift table
- bridal party/head table
- $500 (non refundable) cleaning/security/damage deposit. Will go towards overall rental.
Rental fee for up to 150 guests $2600.00 plus tax
Wedding Night Suite $475.00 (This romantic suite includes a king-size bed, chocolate covered strawberries & Champaign, turn down service, continental breakfast, limousine ride to airport/home the following morning. Check out time- tbd.)
Not included in pricing can be arranged thru The Farmhouse) with Schnepf Farms coordinator.
